Before the release of the new Dacia Duster, Dacia needed a Waiting Program keep potential buyers in the loop. I helped with concepts and ideas of how develop Dacia’s Waiting Program. It consisted of 5 phases, all with different interactions. Each of the phases allowed the user to modify their vehicle, save it, and learn more about its features. The goal was to keep the anticipation of the new vehicle to those signed up within the mailing program and lead to a test drive phase to get potential clients to try the vehicle.
